Brad Neal

I have 20+ years of professional technical experience across a variety of industries, over 10 years in the gaming industry being the most recent. In 2021 I shifted my career focus from tech infrastructure & live services to game design.

Since then, I've completed several game projects, working solo, and in groups of up to nine other developers. For my larger projects, I've also filled leadership and project management roles.

My areas of focus are:

  • Rapid prototyping in Unity, Godot, and Unreal
  • Gameplay design
  • Game cinematography
  • Accessibility

I'm also developing skills in all other aspects of game development, including sound design, 2D and 3D animation, UX/UI, and Agile project management.

I'm currently attending a two-year Game Designer education at the Futuregames school in Stockholm, Sweden.
